Application

Every hygienic industrial process requires a CIP regime to provide a repeatable and guaranteed level of process hygiene. The Canongate TechnologyCIPCheck is a CIP control system that can easily be programmed for any application. The CIPCheck provides a prgrammable control system with digital and analogue control along with the accountability and safety features required to meet today's safety standards.

Principle

The CIPCheck works by using clean programs, which are broken down into steps. Each step will perform a function and open valves / start pumps for a set period of time. Thus along with special control commands a cleaning program can be built up, in an easy to follow modular fashion.

Reporting Facility

The reporting facility on the CIPCheck is a very useful tool in today's climate of accountability. A record is produced for every clean that is started. This is automatically printed out at the end of each clean.

Changeover

The CIPCheck is designed so that the changeover is quick and easy, keeping plant disruption to a minimum. The panel has the same dimensions as some existing CIP control units so the physical aspect will be straightforward.
