Overview

Canongate has many years experience in the automation of process plant, particularly in the food and beverage industry and more recently in water, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Most recently we have completed several distillery automation projects throughout Scotland as well as large brewery control projects using a variety of PLC and SCADA technologies.

Production Line Monitoring

Canongate Technology has entered into partnerships with MES software suppliers to provide, production line monitoring systems for the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries. Such systems are a user friendly, PC based solution able to monitor your entire process in real-time and then use captured performance data to optimise production: essential in dynamic production lines that require to be running smooth and be finely tuned. Key Perfromance Indicators (KPI) are presented along with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) figures.
